Solid Rock Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origins to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded as made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the base of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarships, loan programs, athletic and other school administered programs.

Placement testing is mandatory for all new students entering Kindergarten – 12th grade. The final placement of all students will be at the discretion of the Academy. Any parent of a child, 3 or 4 years desiring testing may request it, however; it is not mandatory.

Any student enrolling after the testing dates will need to schedule a date for placement testing through the admissions office. Solid Rock makes every effort to conduct a personal interview with every applicant. Please call the admissions office to schedule an appointment. Interviews can be scheduled throughout the school year.

Application, Testing, and Registration Fees are non-refundable and they must be paid prior to enrollment. All fees are payable by cash, money order, check or credit/debit cards. Tuition

Toddler Fees (12 – 36 Months)

Tuition: $150 Per Week

  • Application $25
  • Enrollment $100
  • If your child is present one to five days, you pay for a full week
  • If your child is present zero days, you pay half of the tuition to reserve your child’s space.
  • Tuition is due on Monday of each week. If fees are not paid by Tuesday a late fee of $10 will be added and an additional $10 penalty will be charged for each week late thereafter.
  • Fees are payable by check, money order, cash, or credit cards(Discover, Master Card, Visa, and American Express are accepted), $35 charge for returned checks.“ Cash Only ” after three returned checks.
  • If a child is picked up after 6:00 pm, there will be a charge of $1 per minute for the time beyond our normal closing. Fee will be computed by the minute and shall be payable in cash on the day of the lateness.
  • Pleas provide the academy with: (1) Birth certificate (2) Child’s Immunization record with enrollment fees
  • We do not allow any children with communicable diseases, diarrhea or a temperature above 100 degrees in the Academy.
  • Holidays Observed: New Year’s eve and day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve and Day, and other holidays during the year(TBA).

Tuition Pre-school through 12th Grade

Pre-School – 8th Grade: $7,568.00

9th-12th Grade: $8,250.00

The above prices listed are for one child.
**Tuition amount reflects a 15% discount for 2nd child and 25% discount for 3rd child. Discounts will only apply for siblings residing in the same household.
**No additional discounts will be given on 2nd & 3rd child.
Tuition may be paid in three optimal payment plans.

Tuition Payment Plans

Plan A: Ten Month Tuition Plan

 

Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month beginning in August. If tuition is not received by the 5th of each month, a $20 late charge will be added. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month, your child will be dropped from classroom and a new enrollment fee of $50 will be required.

Plan B: Bi-Yearly- 5 Months (3% Discount)

The first bi-yearly plan must be paid by August of each year to receive the 3% discount.

No discount is included. The 3% discount will be calculated at the time of payment.

The Second bi-yearly plan must be paid by January 1 in order to receive a 3% discount.

Persons paying Bi-Yearly cannot pay in partial payments.

Plan C: Yearly (10% Discount)

In order to receive the year discount, all tuition fees must be paid at one time. Persons paying yearly cannot pay in partial payments. Discounted Tuition Fees for two/three children are included in the adjusted annual price.
